Africa-Asia, A New Axis of Knowledge, A Conferece-Festical (AA3 ConFest) will take place in Dakra, Senegal, from 11-14 June 2025. You can benefit from the Earlt Bird registration fees until 1 March 2025.
The fee includes access to all AA3 activities, coffee/tea breaks, lunch breaks during the ConFest, the welcome reception and a conference kit.

AA3 Registration Policies

Registration Rules

For your convenience in participation verification, please register with the same email address as provided at the time of proposal submission.
It is mandatory for all presenters to register and pay for their AA3 participation by 1 March 2025. Failure to do so may result in the removal of your proposal(s) from the conference programme.

Payment of Registration Fees

For International participants, payment can be made by credit card (Visa and Master Card), PayPal, and iDEAL (Dutch banking system). If you are unable to pay by these means, please contact AfricaAsia@iias.nl

Cancellation Policies

Cancellation of registration must be submitted via email (AfricaAsia@iias.nl) and is valid only with acknowledgement of receipt by the AA3 Organising Committee.
Cancellation fees are dependent on the notice given, if cancellation occurs:
- more than 90 days prior to the start of the event (by 13 March 2025), the cancellation fee is EUR 25 for administrative costs.
- between 90 days and 45 days prior to the start of the event (between 14 March 2025 and 27 April 2025), the cancellation fee is 50% of the registration fee.
- less than 45 days prior to the start of the event (from 28 April 2025 onwards), the cancellation fee is 100% of the registration fee.

Disclaimers

If the AA3 Organising Committee is prevented from carrying out its obligations as it pertains to the AA3 ConFest you registered for as a result of any cause beyond its control, or if the AA3 ConFest cannot be conducted due to fire, natural disasters, strikes, labour disputes, civil, governmental or military authority, acts of terrorism, acts of war, epidemics, pandemics, or any other comparable calamity, casualty or condition (collectively a “Force Majeure”), the AA3 Organising Committee shall have the right to immediately alter or cancel the AA3 ConFest or any arrangements, timetables, plans or other items relating directly or indirectly to AA3 without liability and shall be relieved of its obligations to the registrant. The participants shall not be entitled to any compensation for damage that results from such alteration or cancellation. Furthermore, with the exception of any willful damage or gross negligence committed by the AA3 Organising Committee, the AA3 Organising Committee shall not at any time be liable for any direct or indirect damage suffered by the participants, including consequential and immaterial damage, caused by failure to comply with any provision of this statement. The AA3 Organising Committee will review refund and/or fee transfer requests, submitted in writing, for approval on a situational basis.
