Lina Puryanti Ph.D. is the director of Airlangga Institute of Indian Ocean Crossroads. She is also a lecturer of Faculty of Humanities at Universitas Airlangga. Her areas of expertise are Southeast Asia Area Studies, border, and urban studies. She obtained her bachelor degree from Universitas Airlangga, master degree from Universitas Indonesia, and PhD from National University of Singapore.
