Miao Lu

Dr. Miao Lu is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Cultural Studies, Lingnan University, Hong Kong. Her research interests include critical media studies, science and technology studies, and China-Africa studies. Her works have appeared in Information, Communication and Society, New Media and Society, and Science, Technology and Human Values. Her current research project investigates the role of China in building Africa’s digital infrastructure.
