Eka Srimulyani

Eka Srimulyani is a professor and researcher from Ar-Raniry State Islamic University, Banda Aceh Indonesia, and she is also a senior researcher at the International Centre for Aceh and Indian Ocean Studies (ICAIOS). Her research expands from Islamic studies, women’s studies, sociology of education, community empowerment, peace and conflict studies. She published her works extensively, and received several grants in a number research projects in the related fields. She also got a chance to be as a research fellow or visiting scholar at few universities, such as at The University of Melbourne, Australia, Nanjang Technological University Singapore, and Ewha Womans University, South Korea, etc.
