Sesede Simeon is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Diaspora and Transnational Studies at the Institute of African Studies, University of Ibadan. Sesede's research focuses on the intersections of art, cultural expression, and social movements in contemporary urban spaces. Passionate about exploring how marginalized youth in West Africa and Asia use graffiti, music, and other art forms as vehicles for political protest, Sesede investigates the role of artistic expression in shaping collective identity and public discourse.
