My name is Panashe Madamombe, a research fellow at the LeidenAsiaCentre based in The Netherlands. My research focus is on Japan - Africa trade relations where I am exploring Japanese corporate and government policies towards investing in Africa. I am a Zimbabwean with an academic bakground in international law and a research master's in African studies from the African Studies Centre Leiden. I am interested in any commercial and academic opportunities that are connected to Japan and Africa.
